Which data are cleaned up?

By connecting the business master data, many fields in CRM are cleaned up and / or supplemented. These include:

Which data is not processed?

Olbico Master Data Platform connects external business master data. Internal data in your CRM is not processed, such as:

  • Purchase history of customers
  • Linked third-party data, such as web analytics, behavioural data and campaign data
  • Personal notes
  • Financial data, such as the contract value and payment history
